| The device is built up using high-resolution camera and motion controlled card operated Stepper motor to generate the even and unravel view of the Stent. The Camera captured the image of the entire object and produces two dimensional full image of an object surface in a computer monitor along with the detected defects. | ||
| Apart from the traditional stereo microscope inspection systems the StentSpect system is designed to provide high contrast and high quality optical image that enables stent coating defects like bridging, cracks, poor adhesion, etc. | ||
| StentSpect is equipped with a LED light base plate which provides the backlight illumination for the stent. In contrast to lighting rods, LED’s are fix it does not need to change as per the stent size variation. | ||
